First you need to install zzupdate in your ubuntu:

curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TurboLabIt/zzupdate/master/setup.sh | sudo sh

Now execute below command to copy the sample configuration and set your desired preferences.

sudo cp /usr/local/turbolab.it/zzupdate/zzupdate.default.conf /etc/turbolab.it/zzupdate.conf

Now use the command below you upgrade our ubuntu.

sudo zzupdate
