Larry Tesler who is famous as a father of cut-copy-paster innovation has died at the age of 74. He was born in New York in the year 1945. He was also a major contributor to key Macintosh software including QuickTime, AppleScript and Bill Atkinson’s HyperCard. From 1980 to 1997, he worked for Apple. He joined the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) of Xerox in the year 1973.
After leaving Apple in 1997, Tesler co-founded an education company, which he ran until 2001.
